Short Summary

Empowering our community, one device at a time. E-Quality Access helps people overcome digital barriers by providing devices, connectivity, and the confidence to use technology in everyday life.

Full Project Description

  • E‑Quality Access is Pachedu’s digital inclusion programme, created to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, status, or circumstance, has the tools and confidence to take part in modern life. By providing devices, data support, and digital skills, we help families stay connected, access essential services, and build independence into our community.
  • We work with vulnerable families, refugees and asylum seekers who face barriers to digital access. Many arrive in the UK without devices, internet connectivity, or the digital skills needed to navigate everyday life.
  • Digital access is no longer optional, it’s essential. From contacting loved ones to booking GP appointments, applying for school places, accessing Home Office information, or finding work, almost everything now happens online. Without the right tools and support, people can quickly become isolated or disadvantaged.
  • Our vision is a community where everyone has equal access to digital tools and the confidence to use them. We aim to remove digital barriers, build skills, and empower people to connect, communicate, and take control of their future.
  • E‑Quality Access helps close this gap, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to connect, learn, and thrive.

Key activities/services offered:

  • Provision of smartphones, tablets, and laptops to individuals and families without devices
  • Data support and guidance on affordable and sustainable connectivity options
