What Volunteers Gain
Pachedu believes that volunteering should be a mutually enriching experience. We are committed to providing every volunteer with:
- A welcoming, respectful environment
- Induction and role-specific training
- Ongoing mentorship and supervision
- Opportunities to build confidence, skills, and networks
- Recognition and celebration of contributions
- References and certificates for active participants
Who Can Volunteer
You can volunteer if you are:

- 16 years or older
- Willing to commit at least 2 hours per week (or project-based)
- Respectful of all cultures, faiths, identities, and abilities
- Open to learning and collaboration
- Living in Renfrewshire or surrounding areas (some remote roles available)
We particularly encourage applications from:
Refugees and New Scots
People with lived experience of marginalisation
Students and early-career professionals
Retired individuals and community elders
