Nadeem Hanif currently works as a Capacity Building Consultant for The Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Organisations based in Glasgow, Scotland. He works closely with voluntary sector organisations that are led by people with lived experience of belonging to an ethnic minority community and supports them to build their capacity in a number of areas including, but not limited to, improving their governance, identifying and applying for funding, developing their policies and procedures and ensuring financial compliance.
