The project provides holistic, culturally appropriate mental health support through physical fitness activities, therapeutic workshops, talking therapies, psychoeducation training, and dedicated signposting to relevant support services for ethnic minority communities.

    The project’s goals or vision-Create opportunities for improved mental and physical health of diverse ethnic minority communities.
  • Key activities/services offered- gardening activities, in-person drop in, social games such as football, bowling, golfing, walk, cycling, mental health and wellbeing workshops, talking therapy sessions, psychoeducation training, cultural events.
  • What problem or need does this project address? – Reduces loneliness and isolation, families supported through appropriate culturally diverse programs focused on neurodiversity, mental health and community wellbeing.
  • What makes it unique? -Project designed and delivered by staff, delivered by professionals with lived experience from culturally diverse ethnic minority communities working closely with member of the community.
    What impact do you hope to achieve? Mental and physical health of community members improved.
